Zack boasts over 8 years of staffing and talent acquisition experience. In addition to recruiting and temp staffing, Zack specializes in compliance, background check, security clearance, and resource auditing, often conducting in-depth interviews with prospective candidates to produce detailed documentation of technical experience and qualifications. 

He has submitted candidate profiles for many federal projects, including with the Department of National Defense, Natural Resources Canada, and Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation, as well as with various private clients and municipal entities. 

Zack has also managed multiple high-value government contracts by vetting candidate qualifications and preparing submissions or such clients as Canada Revenue Agency and Public Services Procurement Canada.
