Paul Rice, ceo & Founder

Paul is the Founder, President and CEO of Dable Advisory and Consulting Services and has over 15 years’ experience in finance, business development, strategy, deal negotiation and revenue generation. Dable provides strategic and financial insights by focusing on what is feasible, actionable, and attainable. Paul is also an investor and entrepreneur.

As a senior finance executive for the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK), Paul successfully negotiated several transactions generating over $200M in new revenues for his community of Kahnawà:ke spanning multiple industries, including gaming and infrastructure.

Paul has previously served as the chairperson to the community pension plan of over 1,000 public sector employees. The plan has a 12% annualized return and plan assets have grown from $80M to $250M under Paul’s tenure.

Paul is a Mohawk at Kahnawà:ke and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the John Molson School of Business (JMSB) at Concordia University. He is also an alumnus of the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference (GGCLC). Paul also believes in the power of sport and paying it forward through his work with the Not-for-Profit Club 24 Athletics Foundation as well as the First Tee golf program in Kahnawà:ke.
