With a deep expertise in finance and operations, she has successfully stewarded significant public funds, driving the achievement of strategic goals through rigorous monitoring, evaluation, and sound fiscal management.

Shannon's leadership extends to managing and administering programs for First Nations, Métis, and Inuit individuals in urban Quebec, where she has been instrumental in empowering Indigenous youth by providing them with the training and support necessary to reach their educational and career aspirations. 

Her extensive professional portfolio includes accounting, government reporting, complex negotiations, capacity building, and the development of efficient operational processes - all underscored by her unwavering commitment to supporting and promoting First Nations culture, diversity, and inclusion.
