PAXTON PHILLIPS, MANAGER

Internal Operations & Communications

Paxton has worked at Dable Advisory and Consulting Services since June 2022 and spent her first year at the Company as the Administrative and Personal Assistant to the CEO and is now currently the Manager of Internal Operations and Communications. 

Born and raised in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawà:ke, she is proud to be Kanien’kehá:ka. 

Paxton is currently finishing her Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Sexuality and has several years of experience working various sectors such as childhood education, sexual education, the food and beverage industry, alcohol and grocery management, and administration.  She has strengths in problem solving and is detail-oriented. 

Paxton has been a community representative on the Board of Directors at the Kahnawake Youth Center since 2021, is a part-time photographer, a multi-team soccer coach and has recently founded The Kahnawake Senior Women’s Soccer Team, re-introducing senior aged soccer to the community. She works closely with the not-for-profit Club 24 Athletics Foundation in their support of local youth athletes and through their High Stakes Raffle and Charity Golf Tournament has helped them raise $150,000 in 2022 & 2023. 

Her work also includes web development, social media and branding. She has graphic design skills, promotional and sales skills. She strongly believes in community involvement and inter-personal relationships.
