Kevin Harmidy is an accomplished project leader and engineer with over 10 years experience managing complex, multimillion-dollar initiatives from concept to completion. His forte lies in orchestrating team efforts towards a shared objective, ensuring the delivery of quality outcomes, on schedule and within budget.   

Kevin has spearheaded several major planning initiatives that delivered immense value to organizations, from developing product innovation pipelines at a leading consumer goods company, to the implementation of an enterprise software system designed to enhance long-term strategic decision making. His contributions to capital infrastructure projects are marked by the successful construction, handoff and commissioning of a 130,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility, as well as the completion of conceptual, preliminary and detailed designs for six proposed commercial manufacturing sites, ranging from 6,000 sq.ft. to 200,000 sq.ft.

Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University and a license as a professional engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario. Kevin’s technical proficiency is matched by his passion for uniting diverse teams. His experience encompasses projects involving over 50 stakeholders, highlighting his commitment to fostering robust, collaborative, and positive relationships. All through a lens of enhancing Indigenous participation, honouring Indigenous frameworks for Reconciliation and Indigenous-led solutions to economic prosperity.
