ALAN SU, senior consultant

Alan is a strategy and business advisory consultant who helps clients make sense of complex information, weigh their options, and turn priorities into clear, workable plans. His experience covers economic development plans, feasibility studies, business planning, governance, and implementation support.

Before Dable, Alan was with ADAPTOVATE, a global business transformation consultancy, where he worked with public and private sector clients across technology, infrastructure, hospitality, government, and financial services. That work included operating model design, governance development, agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level reporting.

Alan also brings hands-on entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of Unravel Entertainment Inc., a technology-enabled hospitality venture, where he led product development, feasibility studies, business planning, financial modelling, and day-to-day execution, so he understands how strategy plays out in practice.

He holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mathematics from the University of Alberta.
